Human Resources/Marketing Manager
Community Credit Union is currently accepting applications for the position of Human Resources/Marketing Manager located at its Marystown branch.
Key Result Areas:
Development and Delivery of HR Related Programs; Human Resources Management; Sales, Marketing and Promotion.
The Position
Reporting to the General Manager and will be responsible for:
- Develops the Human Resources strategic and annual business plan to support the corporate plans.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive performance management system.
- Develops and recommends HR policies and procedures.
- Develops and recommends strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Plans and oversees execution of the credit unions advertising and promotional activities including print and electronic media.
- Assisting and backing-up other team members and completing other duties as assigned
The Person
The successful candidate will have successfully completed a certificate or diploma in Human Resources/Marketing and or have three to five years relevant experience working in Human Resources/Marketing environment. The incumbent will also have:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Work planning and management
- Presentation skills
- Software proficiency
- Managing the workforce
- Knowledge of products and services
- Knowledge of policies and regulatory environment
- Knowledge of financial principles
